I inform and give instructions. Registrations are open
for the second edition of the Mobility Program of
International Cooperation Group of Universities
Brazilian ("GCUB-MOB"). The objective program
contribute to the development of students from
high academic level from the five continents, as well as
promote university internationalization and
strengthen cooperation between Brazilian institutions
and foreign.
2. In this edition, 54 Brazilian universities from
recognized quality (four more than in the
previous year) offered a total of 1,100 scholarships (compared to 785
of the previous edition) for those interested in attending
full master's or doctorate in Brazil. The selected
courses will start in 2024. Scholarships, matched
to those paid to Brazilians, will have duration equivalent
the regular duration of the program to be attended. To the
registration is free and will be open until the day
July 14, 2023, through the following page:
https://www.gcub.org.br/bsp/applicatoin-form.php

4. Any doubts can be forwarded to the
email address gcub.mob@gcub.org.br
5. I would greatly appreciate your kindness in disclosing as much
as possible the above together with interlocutors
places interested in offering master's scholarships and
doctorate in Brazil, considering the means that the post
deem most suitable for the purpose.
6. As you remember, the "GCUB-MOB" succeeded, in 2022,
similar initiative that the GCUB maintained with the OAS
under the name "Bolsas Brasil", which lasted 11 years.
Although the OAS has indicated that it will continue to partner with the
new program, the revised modality, entirely
managed by the Brazilian consortium of universities,
made it possible to open the public notice to candidates from outside
of the Americas. Within the scope of the first notice, launched in
2022, 2,432 applications were received from 62 countries,
which resulted in the admission of 583 graduate students
foreigners.
7. As in the previous edition, the current process
selection will seek to favor the diversity of origins,
countries with the lowest HDI, teaching candidates,
female candidates and, finally, the vacancies that most
contribute to the process of internalization of teaching
in the national territory - that is, those interested in
master's or doctoral programs located outside the
urban centers traditionally more connected to
external partners.
