We are Hiring. Privet Communication company looking for an Aftersales Communication Engineer specializing in FTTH network solutions with excellent English language skills, some additional job requirements may include: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. • 1 years of experience in aftersales, customer support, or related technical support role. • Strong technical knowledge of FTTH network architecture, components, and installation processes. • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving FTTH network issues, such as signal loss, connectivity problems, and performance degradation. • Knowledge of fiber optic technology, standards, and testing methods. • Familiarity with FTTH-related equipment, such as optical line terminals (OLTs), optical network terminals (ONTs), and passive optical network (PON) splitters. • Understanding of broadband service delivery, including voice, data, and video services. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to FTTH network solutions. • Experience with network monitoring and management tools for detecting and diagnosing network issues. • Strong customer-facing skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively to non-technical customers. • Ability to work closely with internal teams, such as engineering, product, and sales teams, to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements. • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools for tracking customer interactions and managing support cases. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent English language skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
